Dispatch times, carriers, pallet deliveries and collection from our warehouse.
Dispatch
Stocked lines are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment. Non-stocked specifications are quoted with a lead time at the point of enquiry.
Carriers
Parcels up to 30 kg ship on a next-working-day service. Heavier consignments and full pallets ship on a two-day pallet network; a tail-lift can be arranged where a forklift is not available at the delivery point.
Collection
Orders can be collected from the warehouse once you have received the "ready for collection" confirmation. Please bring the order reference.
Shortages and damage
Please check consignments on receipt and report any shortage or transit damage within three working days so we can raise a claim with the carrier.
