Wholesale terms

How we work: who we supply, minimum order quantities, lead times and how to request a price list.

Who we supply

We trade with registered businesses only — companies, sole traders and public sector buyers. We are not able to supply private individuals, and we do not operate a retail counter or an online checkout.

Minimum order

Goods are sold by the pack. Pack sizes are listed on each product page and start at 100 pieces for most lines. The minimum order value is 250 EUR net.

Prices

Prices depend on volume, specification and delivery terms, so they are quoted per enquiry rather than published. Send us the article numbers and quantities you need and you will receive a written quotation, normally the same working day.

How to order

  1. Send your requirement — article numbers and quantities.
  2. We confirm availability and issue a quotation.
  3. On acceptance we raise a proforma invoice.
  4. Goods are dispatched from stock, normally within 24 hours of cleared payment.
